15 Book Clamps
All book clamps opening are adjusted at a time. Adjustment is more convenient thanks to the position indicator, which can provide stable and reliable clamping force to ensure high accuracy of each production step. |

Two Spine Preparation Stations
Space-saving designed spine preparation stations provide milling, notching, and brushing, which ensure the book spine is well prepared before glue application. |

Gluing Application System
The standard configuration includes one hot-melt spine glue station and one side glue station. Movable gluing stations allow easy changeover between PUR and EVA binding methods |

Stream Cover Feeder and Scoring Station
Flat in-feed design of cover feeder allows stable loading and feeding of large quantity covers. The specially designed dual-axis scoring rollers with large diameter enable straight and nice-looking scoring lines. |

Nipping Station
Thanks to the accurate and reliable cam structure nipping mechanism, cover can be precisely and firmly nipped with the book block. |
